Does anyone out there use CompFlo.  Did CompFlo change to its platform?

I would just quit doing appraisals and go back to being a fish squeezer before I would consider using compflo.

Besides county tax records, what database do you use?

Mine. I do so many appraisals I don't need anyone else's data.

Compflo is a quality product.  As far as I know, the format has not been changed.

it is one of the sources I use, but it does not have a lot of data for Cobb County, so I have to have access to multiple sources.

John Bryant, When I go to the CompFlo screen and choose "Member Login", it takes me to AppraisalFlo website.  My email address I have used forever is not recognized.  Is yours doing something different?

I agree JohnF about the amount of data, but it helps in DeKalb when I am trying to establish split level or split foyer square footage.  Do you use any other databases besides CompFlo, agents, county records?

I just logged in and it worked as normal.  I think it was down over the weekend.

I have had no problems with it, but admittedly don't use it too often.

I use 2ndGen and like it for the most part.  One thing that really bothers me in there is whenever there is a street w/ a directional prefix i.e.  N. Fulton Pkwy or S. Hairston Drive etc. you can go ahead and forget it.  NONE of them are in there.  Drives me crazy.

I search by street # and county...if it is there it should show up...you just have to pick it out...
