Are your clients requesting these as a drive-by or a full inspection?  

Had a request for one on a 1004D but said they only needed a drive by.

Some are wanting an interior inspection.

I am charging double for the interior where i have to make an appointment.  For vacant/lockbox I don't charge more for an interior.

I have gotten both a drive by and an interior request. I actually would prefer to do an interior. There is only so much you can see from the road. Plus they are ordering on all different types of forms. 2075. Disaster form and completion form

Yes but a drive by you can do 10 inspections in a half day...  where interior you have to make appointments and once you add that to the equation the profitability is cut in half even if you are charging much more.
