Any Total users tried this?

https://totalstore.alamode.com/product/spark

Or any other comp/data importer for that matter.  I mean besides the mobile app.

I have written an importer that works with Matrix and Paragon.  If you want to try it, let me know.  It also integrates with Compflo.  Maybe I should create a video to demonstrate it.

It also imports 1004mc data.

Analyzer should save an hour per appraisal.

John, does your importer work with ACI? If so I would like to try it. -Andy

ACI does not have a import capability.  I heard they are writing a proprietary one.

Maybe I should have said that ACI does not play nice with my importer.  If the import file is in the CSV or TXT format, it would be easy to incorporate with ACI.  I do not have a current copy of ACI so I can't try it.

ACI will work with DataMaster and GAMLS but that's all I know about.

MEP, I would like to see one of the file you exported from MLS or FMLS.

All you have to do is insert the address and the program fills in the data...it goes directly in the grid...I don't know enough to go further...MEP

BTW - it is called Sky Data!
