Went out on an appraisal inspection of a property under construction and this is what I have (on a 4 acre tract in Roopville).  The entire building is 50 x 100. The living area will be 41 x 50 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The rest of the building will be a large shop.
Anyone dealt with a property like this?

Looks a lot like a "hangar house" you see in fly in communities.

I just completed one a few months ago in the Senoia area.

Standing inside the "finished" area you'd think you were in a regular house.  Open a door to the side and bang, you're in a warehouse style hangar.

I got an uncle that has one of these. I do think there is a market.

Consider comparing to a small conventional house or manufactured home with a large workshop or some other combination of amenities. It may be the best you can do.
