Real Estate Appraisers wanted for metro Atlanta counties. The qualified candidate must have 3 years experience and at a minimum be licensed. Software utilized must be ACI. Appraiser must have their own FMLS/ MLS/ and Redlink. The good news is this is a much better than fee split position. Please provide a resume and 2 pdf samples of your work. No phone calls please. For those fees... your split better be 125% to me. Somehow I do not think that is a winning business model!!! |

Must furnish own data sources and I will assumn E & O ins. How can your appraiser staff make a profit at a $210 , 1004 fee and provide their own data and E & O Ins. and split the fee with you. |

Good luck with this "position" available. You want someone to pay for all their data (redlink, fmls/mls), e and 0 insurance, software (must be aci) etc. and you just farm out $150.00 amc orders and give them a fee split. Let me guess you probably pay them when you get paid.  Good luck buddy. |
